Certification and Acknowledgment
By signing up to work with Top Tier Mortgage Processing LLC and by submitting loan files for processing, the loan officer certifies and agrees that:
- The loan officer is opting in to receive operational text messages related to loan processing activity, status updates, and workflow notifications.
- The loan officer will obtain and maintain appropriate prior express consent from each borrower, co-borrower, real estate agent, and any other contact before requesting or enabling SMS communications through our platform.
- Consent is collected by the loan officer or loan officer's organization in connection with the loan application process and is retained in accordance with applicable recordkeeping requirements.
- The loan officer understands that Top Tier Mortgage Processing LLC sends operational communications only and does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages under this workflow.
Non-Opted-In or Revoked Consent Contacts
If any individual has not opted in, or later revokes consent, the loan officer must promptly notify Top Tier Mortgage Processing LLC at info@toptiermp.com to ensure that contact is opted out of all future text communication for that loan workflow.
